We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12pm (GMT+8) on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (GMT+8), on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day. Free shipping is applied when the total cost of all products purchased is equal to the threshold, after any discounts have been applied.

You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. This standard service has less scan events than other express service which means that in some instances, there may be a period of time between when a parcel leaves Singapore to when it is processed in the destination country that the tracking number we provide may not show any tracking information. Please use your provided tracking number via your national mail carrier's website to see delivery updates once the package has landed in your country, else you may need to contact your local courier if the search results yield nothing.

To avoid any concerns with delivery, we recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes. 


If you order a pre-order style, it will not be shipped immediately. All available non pre-order items purchased will be shipped immediately. We are unable to provide exact dates but will contact you if we become aware of any delay. Your pre-order style will ship separately when it arrives. We are unable to cancel any pre-orders unless we have offered a cancellation to you.
